About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Technical Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success. As a Remote Technical Support Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to customers via various channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PostgreSQL, React, FastAPI, and AWS.
  • Assist customers in using our products effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to improving support processes and customer experience.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or related field.
  • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, React, FastAPI, and AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and customer support tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, Linux, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI data security and predictive assessment tools.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and campaign management tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
