About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Technical Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success. As a Remote Technical Support Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to customers via various channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PostgreSQL, React, FastAPI, and AWS.
- Assist customers in using our products effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute to improving support processes and customer experience.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or related field.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, React, FastAPI, and AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience with troubleshooting and customer support tools.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, Linux, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI data security and predictive assessment tools.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and campaign management tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
