Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required to succeed in these positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
