Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management or technical project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience working in non-profit or international development sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
