About the Role

What You'll Do
- Manage and analyze repair claims using Xactimate and other relevant software.
- Negotiate with vendors and clients to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct risk analysis and compliance checks to maintain high standards in claims management.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and SAS for data reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
