Remote Talent Coordinator - Global Operations
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Talent Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team at Bjak. This role is crucial in supporting our high-volume, multi-market hiring efforts. As a Remote Talent Coordinator, you will ensure that our hiring operations are structured, accurate, and efficient, contributing to our mission of building superior application platforms globally.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars efficiently.
- Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback.
- Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of interview feedback.
- Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates.
- Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, and flag issues early.
- Manage job posting and reposting activity across job boards and hiring channels to maintain healthy applicant flow.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working with global teams across different time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
- Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools.
- Exposure to job posting optimization or recruitment metrics.
- Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations.
- Fresh graduates with strong execution ability are welcome.
