As a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will engage with candidates, manage the recruitment process, and help shape our workforce.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for our organization.
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance.
• Participate in job advertising and promote our employer brand to attract diverse talent.
• Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
