About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Support Specialist to join our team at Cadwell. In this role, you will provide essential technical support for our medical devices, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, making this an exciting opportunity to grow your technical skills while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical phone support to customers, resolving hardware and software issues related to Cadwell medical devices.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support escalations.
  • Communicate solutions and resolutions in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
  • Troubleshoot computer, software, and networking issues effectively.
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of Cadwell product lines to enhance support capabilities.
  • Assist with other job duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field or 2 years of related experience in clinical neurophysiology, IT, or biomedical.
  • Experience in a clinical environment or help desk/network support is preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with software platforms and networking.
  • Basic understanding of servers, virtual environments, WAN and LAN topologies, and storage environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a neurodiagnostic field or accredited program.
  • Registered Technologist in good standing.
  • Experience with Citrix environments.
