Remote Support Engineer Intern - Engineering & Customer Support

About the Role

We are excited to offer a Remote Support Engineer Intern position that provides a unique opportunity to develop your engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills while working remotely. As a Remote Support Engineer Intern, you will shadow experienced engineers at Rockwell Automation, assisting customers with troubleshooting issues and learning valuable technology concepts.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to Rockwell Automation technology.
• Respond to customer emails and provide timely support.
• Program automation devices to enhance learning experiences.
• Wire electrical devices and gain hands-on experience in electrical engineering concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand and apply engineering principles in real-world scenarios.

Requirements

• Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced engineering degree program.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in a technical support role.
• Familiarity with automation technology and electrical engineering concepts.
• Basic programming skills.
