About the Role

What You'll Do
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to Rockwell Automation technology.
- Respond to customer emails and provide timely support.
- Program automation devices to enhance learning experiences.
- Wire electrical devices and gain hands-on experience in electrical engineering concepts.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand and apply engineering principles in real-world scenarios.
Requirements
- Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced engineering degree program.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous internship experience in a technical support role.
- Familiarity with automation technology and electrical engineering concepts.
- Basic programming skills.
