About the Role

What You'll Do
- Provide expert technical support to customers using our cybersecurity products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to APIs, SQL databases, and Linux systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance product features based on customer feedback.
- Document support processes and create user guides to improve customer experience.
- Participate in sales engineering efforts by providing technical insights during customer engagements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, RESTful services, and systems integration.
- Proficiency in SQL and debugging techniques.
- Experience with Linux and web servers like NGINX.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with Retool or similar tools.
- Previous experience in a sales engineering role.
