About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Fable Security. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer experience by providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for our cybersecurity solutions. As a Remote Support Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to resolve issues related to API integrations, systems integration, and more, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert technical support to customers using our cybersecurity products and services.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to APIs, SQL databases, and Linux systems.
  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance product features based on customer feedback.
  • Document support processes and create user guides to improve customer experience.
  • Participate in sales engineering efforts by providing technical insights during customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations, RESTful services, and systems integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and debugging techniques.
  • Experience with Linux and web servers like NGINX.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Git and GitHub.
  • Familiarity with Retool or similar tools.
  • Previous experience in a sales engineering role.
