We are seeking a Remote State Engagement Manager to join our innovative team at Radiant. As a Remote State Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our groundbreaking portable nuclear microreactors. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement engagement strategies with state governments and regulatory bodies to promote the adoption of portable nuclear microreactors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with state regulations and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct presentations and workshops to educate stakeholders about the benefits and safety of portable nuclear power.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government and industry to foster support for Radiant's initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze state energy policies and regulations to identify opportunities for Radiant's technology.
• Represent Radiant at industry conferences and events to showcase our innovative solutions and network with potential partners.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on stakeholder interactions and market needs.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or energy sector engagement.
• Strong understanding of energy policies, regulations, and the nuclear energy landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the CleanTech or energy sector is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings and events.
