About the Role

As a Remote Staff Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Identity Management product suite while collaborating with a distributed team across North America and Europe.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop large-scale, robust Java-based identity management products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members located in the Portland, OR metro area, Canada, and Europe.
• Translate requirements and designs into functional Java code with a strong focus on security, quality, testability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically in Java.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and identity management systems.
• Proven ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team.
• Passion for security and performance in software development.
