About the Role

Join our team as a Remote Software Engineer - OutSystems. You will embark on a learning journey filled with continuous technical and non-technical development opportunities. This role allows you to challenge your knowledge and contribute to the development and growth of exciting new projects.

What You'll Do

  • Develop solution features following OutSystems development best practices.
  • Integrate with external systems according to defined architecture guidelines.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute actively to an Agile development team.
  • Interact constantly with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining OutSystems applications.
  • Solid knowledge of OutSystems Reactive; Traditional OutSystems is a plus.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and find optimal technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on improving and optimizing code.
  • Good knowledge of database modeling and SQL.
  • Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and integration patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with OutSystems best practices and a focus on maintainability, security, and performance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of design patterns.
  • Experience in mentoring and team collaboration.
