About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Software Engineer - Enterprise Readiness to join our innovative team at Dagster Labs. What You'll Do

• Develop high-quality features, tools, and integrations that facilitate customer adoption of Dagster.
• Work on eliminating scaling bottlenecks and building new features tailored for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate directly with customers to implement Dagster and gather feedback for immediate improvements.
• Write clean APIs and helpful error messages to enhance user experience.
• Engage in public code reviews and contribute to our open-source projects on GitHub.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of API development and integration with databases and cloud services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and synthesize feedback into actionable tasks.
• Experience with tools for migrations and ETL processes.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code and improving user experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in working with large-scale software systems.
