About the Role
Join Digital Media Management as a Remote Social Media Manager, where you'll create innovative and engaging social media campaigns for the entertainment industry. This role is perfect for those passionate about social media and looking to make an impact in TV and film projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Ideate social media content buckets and creative strategies.
- Post content to all social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit, and Threads.
- Facilitate community management on all social media channels.
- Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign.
- Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed.
- Work closely with the creative team to execute assets.
- Produce lofi, in-app content using tools like CapCut and TikTok.
- Administer reporting and analytics to track campaign performance.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within an agency environment.
- Experience working on social campaigns in entertainment or TV.
- Familiarity with sports and/or news is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of social media best practices for each platform.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
