RainFocus is seeking a talented Remote Senior UX Designer to join our innovative team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge software platform, which serves Fortune 500 companies worldwide. What You'll Do

  • Lead the design process from brainstorming to launch, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to create elegant solutions for our customers.
  • Design visual experiences, interactions, and prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the team.
  • Conduct UX research and testing to assess user behavior and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Define success metrics for new products and features, and implement mechanisms to measure their impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new ideas into your design work.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and methodologies.
  • Proficient in UX research techniques and user testing activities.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to various audiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking regarding product initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the events industry and marketing is a plus.
  • Basic coding knowledge and experience using AI in the UX process are preferred.
