About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Human Interest. As a Remote Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales teams, ensuring that we attract top talent to help drive our mission of providing accessible retirement benefits to all working Americans. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the recruitment process for GTM and Sales positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a GTM or Sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech industry and its hiring needs.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Passion for helping others achieve financial independence through retirement savings.
