Remote Senior Product Analyst - AI-Driven Insights

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Product Analyst to join our dynamic team at Atlan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming data chaos into clarity, helping organizations leverage their data for extraordinary outcomes. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will not only analyze data but also influence the future direction of our products by acting as a strategic partner to our engineering and product leaders. This is not a traditional role; you will be the "eyes and ears" of our roadmap, identifying signals in the noise and anticipating bottlenecks before they occur.

What You’ll Do

• Be AI-Native: Utilize AI and LLMs in your workflow to define how we measure the efficacy of Atlan AI and the readiness of our customers’ data for the AI era.
• Proactive Signal Discovery: Go beyond reporting KPIs; uncover hidden signals that inform our product strategy.
• Guide the Roadmap: Collaborate closely with engineering and product leads to validate our strategy and ensure we address high-leverage problems for our users.
• Full-Stack Ownership: Manage the data lifecycle for various projects, from instrumenting new events in our codebase to building predictive models that drive product-led growth.
• Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex engineering metrics into compelling narratives for our leadership team, providing insights into platform health and innovation velocity.

Requirements

• AI Visionary: A clear understanding of how AI is reshaping the data landscape, with experience in both structured and unstructured data.
• The "Owner" Mindset: Proactive and able to thrive in chaotic environments, identifying patterns and proposing solutions.
• Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and a programming language such as Python, with experience in modern data tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran.
• Engineering Empathy: Familiarity with software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
• 2+ Years of Experience: Significant experience in high-growth SaaS environments, particularly in data, infrastructure, or developer tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with AI-driven data projects.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
