  • Lead the development of interactive tools that engage visitors and gather valuable data.
  • Oversee A/B testing initiatives to optimize website performance and increase revenue generation.
  • Develop personalized content strategies targeting various customer segments to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure a modern, user-friendly website that reflects our brand values.
  • Stay ahead of SEO trends and AI-driven strategies to enhance organic growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Merchandising, or Website Experience Management.
  • Proven track record of managing high-traffic websites with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Strong UI/UX sensibilities with the ability to bridge design and performance.
  • Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem and basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).
  • Mastery of analytics tools such as GA4 and A/B testing platforms.
