Remote Senior Manager Advertising Analytics

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Manager Advertising Analytics to lead our advertising analytics strategy at Spreetail. In this role, you will empower our teams to optimize advertising performance and drive measurable impact across various channels.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of advanced analytics models and tools to enhance advertising performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand, and Product to operationalize data-driven decisions.
• Deliver actionable insights that drive measurable impact across ROAS, forecast accuracy, and budget pacing.
• Drive automation and operational excellence by enabling self-service analytics and reducing manual reporting.
• Develop a high-performing analytics team focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics with at least 5 years managing analytics teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or advertising ecosystems.
• Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive analytics methodologies.
• Knowledge of emerging ad products and go-to-market strategies.
