This role is pivotal in driving some of Circle's most critical initiatives, including billing and plan infrastructure, trial and onboarding flows, A/B experimentation, and expanding into analytics and member experiences. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and drive growth.

  • Implement A/B tests to optimize user engagement and retention.
  • Work on billing and plan infrastructure to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of analytics features that provide insights into user behavior.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on growth initiatives.
  • Proficiency in modern web technologies, including JavaScript, React, Node.js, and databases.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Ability to work asynchronously with a distributed team across multiple time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the online community or SaaS industry.
