About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Senior Director of Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team at DNSFilter. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence and scalable revenue infrastructure across various departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance. Your expertise will ensure that our revenue data and systems are optimized to meet the evolving needs of our global market.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the Revenue Operations strategy, ensuring revenue data, systems, and processes scale effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance.
  • Provide strategic and operational ownership of GTM systems (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and related platforms), ensuring they are designed, integrated, and optimized to serve business needs.
  • Oversee the RevOps data zone, ensuring that data modeling, transformation, and analytics are accurate and reliable.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue operations with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure that revenue systems and analytics work together as a cohesive foundation for reporting, forecasting, automation, and operational execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing Revenue Operations team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of GTM systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk.
  • Experience with data modeling, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
