About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Force Therapeutics. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our clients across the United States. Your expertise will ensure that our clients achieve their unique goals while enhancing our mission to extend Force's reach through partnerships with hospitals and health systems.

What You'll Do

  • Drive account management by fostering a culture of alignment, collaboration, and accountability with client stakeholders to enhance client loyalty.
  • Deliver and communicate business results to drive high levels of client retention and identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor the progress and success of client relationships.
  • Utilize best practices to optimize client engagement, satisfaction, and results that align with client business objectives.
  • Develop strong client relationships that turn clients into champions of Force, providing references, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Identify and communicate strategic growth opportunities within your client base, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve expansion targets.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the company, advocating for their needs and feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client success management or a related field, preferably in a high-growth organization.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving upsell opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies for success.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
