As a Remote Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with health plans and community organizations to deliver culturally competent care to underserved populations. What You'll Do

• Lead high-complexity partnerships with California health plans, focusing on Medicaid and related services.
• Drive strategic growth and expansion initiatives across assigned plans, including CalAIM services and Medicare/D-SNP products.
• Manage executive-level relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated care solutions that meet the needs of high-need members.
• Oversee performance leadership across multiple service lines, ensuring quality outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar role within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and related healthcare programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
