About the Role
We're hiring a Remote Salesforce Administrator to join GiveWell, a leading research organization dedicated to identifying and funding cost-effective giving opportunities in global health and well-being. As a Remote Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal users, enhancing user experience, and ensuring data quality across our Salesforce instance.
What You'll Do
- Own the support, maintenance, and roadmap of core products leveraging Salesforce NPSP.
- Provide front-line support for our custom Salesforce app, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
- Assist in the management of our Outreach CRM and Gift/Donation Processing System.
- Support grants administration and service console/case management.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce NPSP and its functionalities.
- Proven ability to manage user support requests effectively.
- Experience in data management and improving data quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator).
- Experience with grants management systems.
- Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and fundraising processes.
