What You'll Do
- Master and evangelize Aura’s story and mission to create a safer internet for individuals and families.
- Become an expert on Aura’s product suite and how it protects customers’ digital lives.
- Make daily outbound calls to existing customers to discuss enhanced protection options, upgrades, and additional features.
- Consult and advise customers on the best ways to strengthen their online safety through personalized solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales approaches and customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in digital safety.
