About the Role

In this role, you will help our existing customers maximize the value of their Aura memberships. What You'll Do

  • Master and evangelize Aura’s story and mission to create a safer internet for individuals and families.
  • Become an expert on Aura’s product suite and how it protects customers’ digital lives.
  • Make daily outbound calls to existing customers to discuss enhanced protection options, upgrades, and additional features.
  • Consult and advise customers on the best ways to strengthen their online safety through personalized solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales approaches and customer experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in digital safety.

Requirements
