What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support for Sales Operations, ensuring smooth operations (30%)
- Assist in Sales Development activities, focusing on lead to opportunity funnel activity support (30%)
- Engage in B2B Sales Reporting activities to support organizational monthly and quarterly KPIs (20%)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Managers, and Client Operations to create value-added customer solutions aligned with our vision (20%)
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations or analytics
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes and sales analytics
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
