About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Sales Manager to lead our PerfectScale team in North America. In this role, you will manage a team of Account Executives, driving our direct sales efforts for the PerfectScale product line. What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on sales for the PerfectScale platform.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Report on sales metrics and provide forecasts to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote DoiT and the PerfectScale solution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cloud technology sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Kubernetes and multicloud environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in sales.
