About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Recruiting Partner to join Code.org's mission of providing every student with the opportunity to learn about artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science (CS). As a Remote Recruiting Partner, you will lead the entire hiring lifecycle from intake to offer for assigned roles across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team that is passionate about increasing participation in AI+CS education.

What You'll Do

• Lead the recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates, particularly focusing on underrepresented groups.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for Code.org's culture and mission.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector.
• Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape and the importance of AI and computer science education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with educational institutions or nonprofits.
• Familiarity with AI and computer science education initiatives.
• Knowledge of current trends in recruitment technology.
