About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Recruiting Partner to join our dynamic team at Code.org. In this role, you will lead the entire hiring lifecycle from intake to offer for assigned roles across our organization. As a Remote Recruiting Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent who are passionate about education and technology.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract diverse candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for our organization.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector.
- Strong understanding of hiring practices and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to increasing diversity in the workforce.
Nice to Have
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of K-12 education systems and challenges.
- Familiarity with AI and computer science education.
