What You'll Do

  • Provide "white-glove" service to candidates by sending personalized pre-interview information and managing LinkedIn outreach.
  • Manage the lifecycle of take-home assignments and maintain candidate profiles in Ashby ATS, ensuring all candidate documents are accessible.
  • Oversee recruiter calendars with precision, rearranging interviews on the fly to prioritize high-impact candidates.
  • Act as the point person for leadership’s urgent recruiting needs, including updating compensation bands and posting new job requisitions.
  • Anticipate and remove friction in the recruiting process, enabling the team to operate faster and more effectively.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a fast-growth startup or high-volume agency environment is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
  • Excellent written communication skills, maintaining professionalism and clarity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ATS systems, particularly Ashby.
  • Familiarity with automated recruiting tools and processes.
  • Understanding of the tech recruiting landscape.
