Remote Project Manager - SaaS Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Catalis. In this role, you will lead projects in the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. As a Remote Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality results.

What You'll Do

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project management and team collaboration.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
• Lead training sessions and support team members in their professional development.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Stack is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Mar-tech and customer success strategies.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing processes.
