Remote Project Manager - Engineering Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Olsson. In this role, you will oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. As a Remote Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead project planning and implementation for engineering projects.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Utilize Agile frameworks to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and clients.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage in community-impacting work and promote wellness within the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an engineering context.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and Civil 3D is preferred.
• Understanding of budget management and resource allocation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in telecom design and customer onboarding.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with Mar-tech tools.
