About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead our Corporate Events team. In this role, you will manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all events are executed seamlessly and meet client expectations. As a Remote Project Manager, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring they align with client objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and event technology tools to enhance event production and management.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues during events.
  • Analyze event performance and provide insights for future improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the event management industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for budget management and reporting.
  • Experience with virtual events and event technology.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in corporate events.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent).
  • Experience in financial management and analysis.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
