About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. What You'll Do

  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Utilize tools such as Wrike, Notion, and Monday.com to manage project tasks and resources effectively.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Polish is a bonus.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Wrike, Notion, and Monday.com.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team coordination and resource allocation.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client liaison.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing or operations management.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with remote team management.
