About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to manage project workflows and enhance team productivity.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of funds and personnel.
• Implement predictive assessment tools to enhance project forecasting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with graphic design and marketing teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of risk management and budget management principles.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and automation tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master).
• Experience in SaaS or technology-related projects.
• Background in graphic design or marketing.
