About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Product Designer to join our innovative team focused on B2B SaaS solutions. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences and enhancing product usability through your design expertise. This role offers you the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to creating impactful digital products.

What You'll Do

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for various web projects, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems and ensure consistency across products.
  • Analyze product metrics and user data to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
  • Integrate AI technologies into design processes to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, and other UI/UX design software.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Experience with responsive web design and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in creative marketing and performance marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with API design and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
