About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Principal Product UX Designer to join Halcyon, the industry's first dedicated adaptive security platform. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our end-to-end user experience, ensuring that our platform not only meets but exceeds user expectations. What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and evolution of the Halcyon platform's user experience, focusing on core console workflows, policy management, and alert triage.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Threat Response, and Customer Success teams to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.
  • Set the UX direction and advance design standards for our enterprise-grade platform.
  • Translate complex security data into actionable insights for our users.
  • Continuously raise the quality and usability of our platform through user research and testing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, particularly in product design for complex systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization and translating complex data into user-friendly formats.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
