Director of Solutions Engineering - EMEA Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Solutions Engineering - EMEA Remote to lead our solutions engineering team across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our customer success initiatives and driving innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of solutions engineers, providing guidance on technical implementation and customer engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption of our solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Oversee the solution design and validation process, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Drive pre-sales support activities, including technical consultations and solution architecture discussions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the solutions engineering team.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Utilize your expertise in cloud technologies, APIs, and data visualization to enhance our product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a solutions engineering or technical leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and software engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on fostering a high-trust, low-ego culture.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer success and satisfaction through effective solution implementation.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to travel as needed for in-person onboarding and customer engagements.
