What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic partners, acting as the main point of contact.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client growth and achieve mutual business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and conduct well-organized business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions from onboarding and integration to post-launch support.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management or a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
