Metropolis is seeking a Remote Operations Recruiter to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our Operations teams. What You'll Do
- Represent Metropolis positively to candidates, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for operations roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring candidate records are up to date in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, and start dates.
- Collaborate with People Operations and sales leadership to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates to optimize our hiring processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in operations or sales roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
