What You'll Do

• Represent Metropolis positively to candidates, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for operations roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring candidate records are up to date in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, and start dates.
• Collaborate with People Operations and sales leadership to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates to optimize our hiring processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in operations or sales roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
