About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Marketing Operations Lead to join our dynamic team at Jobgether. In this pivotal role, you will lead and scale global digital marketing operations that drive data-driven growth and operational excellence. As a part of a strategic, collaborative team, you will focus on optimizing marketing automation platforms and enhancing customer engagement across various channels.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring seamless connectivity for a unified customer view.
  • Design and improve standardized marketing workflows for scalable campaigns, managing the end-to-end lead lifecycle from capture to nurturing.
  • Establish data governance standards to maintain high data quality and compliance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Support multi-channel marketing campaigns and act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and IT to align processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of lead management and data governance.
  • Experience in building dashboards and converting data into insights.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Experience with AI tools in marketing.
