About the Role

Join the American Heart Association as a Remote Marketing Manager and be a key contributor to our mission of improving health care quality. This role offers the opportunity to lead marketing strategies for health care quality improvement programs while working from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, modify, and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development of health care professional quality improvement products.
  • Oversee the marketing strategy for multiple platforms, leveraging digital marketing techniques.
  • Utilize market research to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary liaison with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Manage contracts and invoices with vendors for various marketing projects.
  • Coordinate and attend national trade shows to promote our initiatives.
  • Lead special projects as assigned by the Marketing Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid promotions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for local and overnight events.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in account management and product/brand management.
  • Familiarity with video production.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
