This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading at-home EEG platform that supports clinical development for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders.
What You'll Do
- Manage our conference calendar, overseeing all aspects from opportunity identification to post-event ROI analysis.
- Coordinate event logistics including sponsorships, travel arrangements, registration, vendor relationships, and budget tracking.
- Develop outreach strategies for pre- and post-event engagement, focusing on attendee targeting and follow-up campaigns.
- Ensure timely management of deadlines related to scientific content submissions, such as abstracts and posters.
- Facilitate social amplification around events to maximize visibility and engagement.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a health or life sciences context.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
