About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Manager of End User Computing to lead our global strategy and optimization of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is perfect for a collaborative leader who is a go-getter, blending deep technical execution with people management to deliver a secure, automated, and seamless digital workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a global team of engineers to deliver high-performing identity and endpoint services.
  • Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and associated collaboration tools.
  • Work closely with SecOps to implement Zero Trust principles, Conditional Access, and Defender integration.
  • Design and deploy end-to-end employee lifecycle automations integrated with HRIS systems (Workday, etc.) for seamless onboarding and offboarding.
  • Oversee operations for Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM) while managing Apple Mac environments via Jamf.
  • Lead the strategy and delivery of virtual desktop solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365) to support a global, flexible workforce.
  • Drive license optimization, patch compliance, and consistent hardware/software configurations across Windows and macOS.
  • Define and track KPIs/SLAs while acting as a high-level technical escalation point for complex incidents.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing end-user computing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and VDI technologies.
  • Experience with Mac management using Jamf.
  • Proficient in implementing security measures and automation processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
