- Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to streamline loan approvals.
- Meet or exceed loan production goals to contribute to the company's success.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a loan officer or in a mortgage-related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- NMLS certification is required for this position.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally and sit for prolonged periods.
- Ability to communicate clearly on the telephone and meet productivity standards.
