• Ensure accurate documentation for loan applications and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to streamline loan approvals.
• Meet or exceed loan production goals to contribute to the company's success.
• Work at your own pace, whether remotely or in the office, with a commission pay structure.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a loan officer or in a mortgage-related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• NMLS certification is required for this position.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally and sit for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate clearly on the telephone and meet productivity standards.
