About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Junior Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Amplemarket. In this role, you will be integral to our mission of transforming how B2B sales teams operate. As a Junior Product Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our users, helping them navigate our AI-powered sales platform effectively. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients can leverage our advanced lead generation engine and hyper-personalized sequencing to maximize their outreach efforts.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Provide support via multiple channels, including email, chat, and video calls, to address customer needs promptly.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for new users to help them understand the features and functionalities of our platform.
- Document common issues and solutions to enhance our knowledge base and improve support processes.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or product support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively assist customers.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems or sales enablement tools.
- Basic understanding of AI and its applications in sales.
