About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Remote IT Trainer to join GFN GmbH, an education provider specializing in IT. In this role, you will support individuals in their further education and professional reorientation throughout Germany. As a Remote IT Trainer, you will teach various IT subjects according to the IHK curriculum, focusing on software projects, object-oriented programming, and database development.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging online and in-person training sessions on IT subjects.
- Develop and implement training materials that align with the IHK curriculum.
- Provide support in pedagogical and methodological questions to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with other trainers to create innovative training concepts.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in adult education is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain a teaching qualification if not already certified.
- Current certifications in relevant technologies, such as OCA from Java version 8 SE, are a plus.
- Strong programming experience and knowledge of software development principles.
Nice to Have
- Experience in teaching adults, preferably in funded education.
- Pedagogical and didactic competence.
- Current manufacturer certifications.

Who Will Succeed Here
