About the Role

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. We are seeking a dedicated Member of People Operations - Benefits and Leave Management to join our team remotely. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and administering comprehensive global benefits and leave programs that support our diverse workforce, ensuring compliance, promoting employee well-being, and enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement global benefits and leave management programs that align with Anchorage Digital's strategic goals.
  • Navigate complex global regulations and ensure compliance with evolving benefits and leave laws.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to manage benefits administration and leave tracking effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional Villager experience.
  • Analyze benefits program effectiveness and propose data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with Villagers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to administer benefits and leave programs effectively.
  • Mentor colleagues on best practices in benefits and leave management.
  • Communicate complex policies clearly to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations with a focus on benefits and leave management.
  • Direct experience with Workday or Dayforce HRIS for benefits and leave administration.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits frameworks and leave regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with global immigration processes and related compliance.
  • Professional certifications such as CEBS or SHRM-SCP/CP.
  • Experience supporting benefits and leave for employees in EMEA or APAC regions.
