About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Instructional Designer/Learning Architect to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure seamless user experience for learners.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate the adoption of new learning technologies.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory.
  • Support project management efforts in course development and multimedia content creation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Architect, with a focus on remote learning.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with LMS administration and data analysis to inform instructional strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with video creation and multimedia content development.
