What You'll Do

• Design and develop innovative e-learning courses using tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and tailor content accordingly.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Implement data analysis techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role, with a focus on e-learning.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data visualization and analysis tools.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI implementation in instructional design.
• Experience working with LLMs and custom GPTs.
• Knowledge of SQL for data management.
